Description of the research activity:

The goal of this project is the realization of electronic devices on mechanically flexible and unconventional substrates. A particular focus lies on the fabrication of sustainable (e.g. bio compatible, recyclable, composable, or repairable) thin-film transistors and sensors on natural and environmentally friendly substrates. These devices and systems should be realized using inorganic functional materials, in particular oxide semiconductors and transient metals.
