Post-doc Position Advanced Electrochemical Processing of Wide-Bandgap Semiconductors

At the Institute of Sensor and Actuator Systems, in the Research Unit of Microsystems Technology, TU Wien is offering a position as project assistant (post-doc position) limited to 1 year for 40 hours/week—expected start: January 2027. This position is within a long-term research project, and a subsequent extension by another 2 years is possible.
