Your Responsibilities

  • Independent scientific collaboration within the university continuing education programme Elementar+.
  • Delivery of adult education teaching within the framework of the Elementar+ programme (required qualification)
  • Implementation of external evaluations using the GrazIAS Basis 0–6 instrument (willingness to travel required)
  • Facilitation of regional support groups throughout Austria (willingness to travel required)
  • Conducting consultation and feedback sessions following external evaluations using GrazIAS Basis 0–6
  • Preparation and development of scientific asynchronous learning materials for the OER platform
  • Participation in the academic assessment and evaluation of participants’ submitted assignments within the university continuing education programme

Your Profile

  • Completed university degree (Master’s, Diploma, or equivalent) in Educational Sciences, Social Sciences, General (Social) Pedagogy, Early Childhood Education and Care, or a related field
  • Sound knowledge of research in the field of early childhood education and care (ECEC)
  • Knowledge of early childhood education and care practice
  • Sound knowledge of the application of the GrazIAS Basis 0–6 quality assessment instruments
  • Excellent command of German, both written and spoken
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Proven experience in adult education
  • Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and with a high degree of responsibility
  • Knowledge of the structures and procedures of externally funded and research projects
  • Experience in the development of synchronous and asynchronous teaching and learning materials in adult education
  • Experience in teaching and in the effective delivery of educational content
  • High level of resilience and strong teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52.865,40 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
